Health & Safety
- Operations Manager responsible for all aspects of site health and safety training and safeguarding of all operatives.
- Including our company profile, client specific programme of works, quotation, company terms & conditions and policies.
- Operations Manager is responsible for service delivery standards. Audit findings are recorded via i-Pad portal system.
- Operations Director oversees account servicing at top level, supported by a dedicated Operations Manager on the ground.
- Service delivery audits are monitored and reviewed by Operations Director. All information available to client for review.
- Your assigned Operations Manager is responsible for day-to-day client support and management / welfare of all site operatives.
- Pro-active and reactive action taken to revise service delivery if required – from site operatives through to Account Director level.
