    • Operations Manager is responsible for service delivery standards.  Audit findings are recorded via i-Pad portal system.

    • Operations Director oversees account servicing at top level, supported by a dedicated Operations Manager on the ground.

    • Service delivery audits monitored / reviewed by Ops Director.  Information / data analytics available for client review.
